There are so many healthy decisions you can make in life that will benefit you down the road but I only know of a couple. While surfing the web I found this really neat article on 20 Things That Should Be On Your TODO List Now That Will Make Your Life Way Better In Five Years. My favorite thing I go now that I think will benefit me in 5 years is yoga.
