What’s really cool about these cakes is they are full of taste and they store really well. We have made something similar to this recipe before in the past but I always was not a huge fan because they didn’t turn out as moist as I liked them too. But now that we tried this new recipe I find these to have a lot more taste and even if you freeze them they still reheat very nicely as well. The best of both worlds.
